Sam Frazier was born and raised in San Diego, California. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.A. in Visual Art from the University of California, San Diego. In his senior year, Frazier was awarded the Stuart Prize in Visual Arts. While still in school, he worked as a graphic designer. After graduating, Frazier worked as an Art Director and a Marketing Director. Presently, he is a full-time artist, and is “much happier that way.” Frazier says about his work, “I'm trying to make a connection . . . . My art is about my life, and I hope people will find something in my experiences that will help them make sense of their own lives.”
